SHARON B. OYEKAN
Sharon Oyekan is the President and Managing Consultant of Preferred HR Solutions. Sharon has more than 20 years of human resources management, financial and consulting experience working in CPA firms, healthcare management consulting, physician groups and non-profits. She has worked with organizations of all sizes to develop competitive HR strategies that advance business goals.
Sharon graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree in Management from Shaw University and also holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Sharon is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credentialed by the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentialed by the Society for Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Georgia Society of CPAs, American College of Healthcare Executives and Medical Group Management Association.
Sharon serves on numerous not for profit boards and is the 2013 recipient of the distinguished alumni achievement award for her career accomplishments.

VANESSA N. DAVIS
Vanessa Davis is a Consulting Associate with Preferred HR Solutions. Vanessa has over 15 years of business experience in the IT/Telecom industry in human resources, training and development, benefits, and data analysis. In 2013, Vanessa merged her management consulting practice with Preferred HR Solutions.
Vanessa has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and holds a Master of Business Administration, Human Resources degree from the University of Phoenix. Vanessa is OSHA and Whistle Blower certified and has specialized training in sexual harassment, employee motivation and performance management.
Vanessa is the VP of New Membership for Toastmasters.
